This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work on BladeRunnerOG (the “Service”).

Free access

The core of BladeRunnerOG — signing in, receiving homework, submitting work, and tracking your progress — is provided free of charge. No payment is required to use these features, so no refund applies.

Paid plans and purchases

If we offer any paid plan, course, or add-on in the future, the terms below apply to those purchases.

• Eligibility. You may request a refund within 7 days of a purchase if you have not substantially used the paid feature.
• Non-refundable items. Fees for services already delivered or consumed, and any purchase explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout, are not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email teambeastchemist@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, including your name and the details of the purchase. We will review eligible requests and respond within a reasonable time.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the amount to appear.
